Noah's Animal Hospitals is seeking a friendly and motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our All Pet Express Health Care by Noah’s location in Indianapolis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, coordinating front desk activities and supporting the veterinary team to deliver exceptional care for pets and their families.

We value learning and development, offer structured training, and provide opportunities for growth within our AAHA-accredited hospital network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year veterinary clinic related experience required with client service preferred.

Responsibilities

As a VETERINARY CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR), you will be working alongside the veterinarians, the credentialed veterinary technicians, and many other veterinary professionals to provide a high level of patient care and outstanding client service. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the day in addition to providing professional communication to the clients. The front desk is more than answering phones and putting pets and their owners into exam rooms…our Client Service Representative program will test your limits. When clients call about flea medications, therapeutic diets, or even emergency triage, you will be the calm in the middle of a storm, guiding them to the answers they are seeking. You will be more than a friendly smile or voice…you are part of a team of professionals looking to always put the needs of the pet and the pet’s family first.
