Noah’s Caring Hands Animal Hospital at Geist is seeking a friendly and professional Client Service Representative to support our veterinary team and greet clients with compassionate service. This full-time CSR role involves busy front-desk duties, scheduling, and helping families with pet care questions.

No prior veterinary training is required; we offer structured training and opportunities for growth within a family-owned, AAHA-accredited practice. Weekend rotations are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year related experience with client service; veterinary experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline liaison for clients, ensuring courteous and professional communication.
• Help maintain smooth front-desk workflow and appointment flow throughout the day.
• Provide excellent client service and support the veterinary team as needed.

As a VETERINARY CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR), you will be working alongside the veterinarians, the credentialed veterinary technicians, and many other veterinary professionals to provide a high level of patient care and outstanding client service. As a Noah’s CSR, you may be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the day in addition to providing professional communication to the clients. The front desk is more than answering phones and putting pets and their owners into exam rooms…our Client Service Representative program will test your limits. When clients call about flea medications, therapeutic diets, or even emergency triage, you will be the calm in the middle of a storm, guiding them to the answers they are seeking. You will be more than a friendly smile or voice…you are part of a team of professionals looking to always put the needs of the pet and the pet’s family first.
