Noah's Animal Hospitals is seeking a friendly and motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our All Pet Express Health Care by Noah’s location in Indianapolis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, coordinating front desk activities and supporting the veterinary team to deliver exceptional care for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year veterinary clinic related experience required with client service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional client communication and ensure smooth front desk workflow.
• Assist clients with pet care questions and triage guidance.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to deliver high-quality service.
• Contribute to a team environment focused on compassionate care and client satisfaction.
