Job summary

Noah's Caring Hands Animal Hospital at Geist is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join its team in Central Indiana. The role focuses on front-desk client service, scheduling, and supporting veterinarians and technicians in a busy clinic.

The position is part-time with weekend rotations, totaling about 25 hours per week. Training is provided, with opportunities for career development within Noah's Animal Hospitals' AAHA-accredited network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One-year related experience in client service preferred.

As a Noah’s CSR, you may be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the day in addition to providing professional communication to the clients. The front desk is more than answering phones and putting pets and their owners into exam rooms…our Client Service Representative program will test your limits. When clients call about flea medications, therapeutic diets, or even emergency triage, you will be the calm in the middle of a storm, guiding them to the answers they are seeking. You will be more than a friendly smile or voice…you are part of a team of professionals looking to always put the needs of the pet and the pet’s family first.
