Noah’s Caring Hands Animal Hospital at Geist is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to join our front desk team. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, and coordinate with veterinarians to ensure a smooth patient flow and outstanding client service.

We value compassionate, curious individuals who want to grow with a locally owned practice. This full-time role includes weekend rotations and opportunities for training and professional development within Noah’s Animal Hospitals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One-year related experience required with client service.
• Veterinary Experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional client service and maintain smooth front desk workflow.
• Assist clients with questions on medications or pet care and guide them accordingly.
• Support veterinarians and techs with daily front desk operations and scheduling.

As a VETERINARY CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR), you will be working alongside the veterinarians, the credentialed veterinary technicians, and many other veterinary professionals to provide a high level of patient care and outstanding client service. As a Noah’s CSR, you may be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the day in addition to providing professional communication to the clients. The front desk is more than answering phones and putting pets and their owners into exam rooms...our Client Service Representative program will test your limits. When clients call about flea medications, therapeutic diets, or even emergency triage, you will be the calm in the middle of a storm, guiding them to the answers they are seeking. You will be more than a friendly smile or voice...you are part of a team of professionals looking to always put the needs of the pet and the pet’s family first.
