Job description

Saginaw Valley Equine Clinic has an opportunity for a Client Service Representative at our practice in Saginaw, Michigan. As one of the first points of contact for our clients, this person will play an important role in creating a welcoming, helpful, and professional experience.

We are looking for someone who is client-service focused, team-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, and an excellent communicator. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and helping clients feel supported. Previous customer service or veterinary experience is a plus, but if you have the passion, we have the people and resources to help you develop your skills. Our industry-leading onboarding process includes hands-on mentorship and an interactive online training platform, providing easy access to resources as you learn.

We are a full-service, 100% equine veterinary practice. Our services include Sports Medicine, Surgery, Reproduction, and Farm Services. Inside our state-of-the-art clinic, we use the latest technology and techniques to care for our clients’ horses.

We are located just outside of Freeland, Michigan. The area offers a small-town feel with the convenience of three nearby cities, so there is always something to do or see. As an added bonus, MBS International Airport is just around the corner for those who enjoy traveling.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Customer service oriented

• Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience preferred, not required
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred, not required

Education

• Required: High school graduate or equivalent.

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
