Hickory Veterinary Primary Care in Ambler, PA is hiring a Client Service Representative to join our team at COVE Animal Health. This full-time role involves welcoming clients, scheduling, answering questions, and supporting clinicians in a fast-paced hospital.

You should have professional experience working with animals and excellent verbal and written communication. Comfort discussing pets, veterinary services, and client needs with confidence and compassion is essential.

• Have professional experience working with animals — this is required. Examples include experience in a veterinary hospital, pet store, doggy daycare, grooming facility, kennel, animal shelter, zoo, or similar animal-care environment.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and genuinely enjoy interacting with people
• Are confident handling questions, concerns, and emotional situations with patience and compassion
• Can stay organized and composed while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital
• Enjoy problem-solving and finding ways to help
• Are dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Are comfortable discussing pets, veterinary services, and client needs with confidence and professionalism
• Veterinary, medical, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
