Job summary

COVE Animal Health is seeking a Veterinary Technician – Neurology to join Hickory Veterinary and Specialty Hospital in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional neurology patient care across diagnosis, treatment, surgery, and recovery, while coordinating with the team and clients.

You will support neurology procedures and anesthesia, monitor patients, and help uphold clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Veterinary technician with clinical experience; neurology experience preferred.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work on a team in a fast-paced hospital.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to neurology patients through diagnosis, treatment, surgery, and recovery.
• Support neurology procedures, anesthesia, and patient monitoring.
• Coordinate patient care, scheduling, and client communication.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure team collaboration.
• Mentor teammates and support growth of the neurology service.
• Uphold high standards of patient care, efficiency, and clinical excellence.

**$2,000 Retention Bonus**

Compensation

• Starting at $20 - $23/hr, depending on experience and credentials
• Occasionally may be able to switch a Friday to a Wednesday
• Occasional weekends and holidays may be required
