Holmes Murphy & Associates in Waukee, IA is seeking a Client Service Consultant, Team Lead to guide our Select team. You’ll lead renewal meetings, manage accounts from start to finish, and collaborate with producers to deliver a world‑class client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience, underwriting or risk management in the insurance industry.
• Active state Property Casualty license or ability to acquire within 3 months.
• Industry designations such as CIC, CPCU, MLIS, CRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client renewal meetings and manage accounts start to finish.
• Attend carrier meetings and negotiate renewals.
• Coach and motivate team, manage timesheets and conduct performance feedback.
• Ensure accuracy of customer information, policies, endorsements, and audits.
