Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active state Property Casualty Insurance license required or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and client consultation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client renewal meetings and manage accounts from start to finish.
• Coordinate service center and non-service center activities with team and producers.
• Ensure accuracy of client information, coverage schedules, endorsements and audits.
