Job summary

Holmes Murphy & Associates is seeking a Client Service Consultant to join the Architects & Engineers team across Peoria, IL; Waukee, IA; or Kansas City, MO. The role emphasizes leading client meetings, managing renewals, and negotiating with underwriters to tailor policies.

A license is required or obtainable within three months, with at least five years in customer service and insurance risk management. You’ll collaborate with a team that values trust, clear communication, and meaningful client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of customer service, underwriting, or risk management in insurance.
• Active state Property/Casualty license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Ability to lead and coordinate client meetings and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Attend carrier meetings and independently lead client meetings.
• Manage accounts from start to finish, with possible Sr. support for complex clients.
• Prepare renewal documents and ensure accuracy of coverage schedules and audits.
