Job summary

Holmes Murphy & Associates is hiring a Client Service Consultant for our Property Casualty team in Waukee, IA. You will lead client meetings, manage accounts from start to finish, and work with carriers to renew policies.

The role emphasizes client service excellence, proactive problem solving, and the use of agency systems to deliver a world-class client experience. A valid license or license eligibility within three months of hire is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of customer service experience, underwriting or risk management in insurance.
• Active state Life & Health/Property-Casualty license or ability to obtain license within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Attend insurance carrier meetings and lead client meetings as required.
• Manage accounts from start to finish, with potential support for larger clients.
• Prepare renewal documents, quotes, proposals, and schedules for clients.
• Review coverage schedules, endorsements, audits, and loss runs for accuracy.
• Ensure client information and carrier documents are current and accurate.
