Toppan Merrill is seeking a Client Service Project Manager for Financial Reporting & Proxy Services to guide complex client engagements from pre-sales through delivery. You will coordinate Design, Consulting, Product, and Operations teams to ensure on-time, accurate results and a seamless client experience.

The role requires 5+ years in client service or project management, strong communication with executive clients, and solid proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years in client service, project management, or related field.
• Strong communication with executive clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for clients across Proxy, Financial Reporting, ESG, Design, and Advisory Services.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and coordinate deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with Sales during pre-sales, discovery, and solution discussions.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Lead onboarding, kickoff meetings, and ongoing status discussions.
