Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC, a global technology leader in regulatory disclosure and communications, is seeking a Client Service Project Manager - Financial Reporting & Proxy Services for its hybrid team. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex reporting projects from pre-sales to delivery, building trusted client partnerships.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in client service or PM, strong executive communication, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client service or project management.
• Experience managing multiple client-facing projects and deadlines.
• Strong verbal, written, and relationship-building skills with executive-level clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients across Proxy, Financial Reporting, ESG/Sustainability, Design, and Advisory Services.
• Manage multiple client projects by developing plans, timelines, and coordinating deliverables.
• Partner with Sales during pre-sales engagements and client discovery sessions.
• Coordinate activities across Design, Consulting, Product, Operations, Typesetting, Digital Delivery and other service groups to ensure project success.
• Lead client onboarding, kickoff meetings, and ongoing scope/timeline discussions.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks, and communicate changes to clients.
• Maintain project documentation, client communications, and billing-related records.
• Build long-term client relationships through responsive service and strategic guidance.
