Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is hiring Client Service Associates to greet clients in our East Tennessee offices. You will verify appointments, distribute marketing materials, answer questions, and help keep clients engaged during wait times.

Experience is not required; paid training is provided and you’ll learn on the job. These are in-person, seasonal full- and part-time roles with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Willlingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
