Responsibilities

• Support financial advisors and branch staff with administrative tasks.
• Process client transactions and manage expense reporting accurately.
• Open new client accounts and research client data in internal systems.
• Prepare letters, forms, and reports for servicing and prospecting.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with marketing events.
