The candidate will handle inquiries, assist with client accounts, and support reporting and marketing efforts using CRM tools and Excel, contributing to a client-first culture at Raymond James.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client inquiries with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Services a high volume of daily interactions, including inquiries and scheduling of meetings, with clients.
• Opens new client accounts and researches client and security information using internal databases and other technologies.
• Processes client financial transactions and expenses with high accuracy.
• Creates and maintains records and reports to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients.
