Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume client interactions via phone, email, in-person and mailings.
• Support Financial Advisors and branch staff with administrative tasks.
• Process client transactions and manage client and advisor expenses and reports.
• Open new client accounts and verify client information in internal databases.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to support servicing existing and prospective clients.
• Assist with marketing events and client-facing seminars.
