Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in luxury retail, client service, e-commerce, or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reporting.
• Develop KPI scorecards, dashboards, and presentation materials.
• Analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights.
• Forecasting, workforce planning analysis, and capacity tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with timely deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, risk logs, and operational workstreams.
