Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, a trusted partner to organizations navigating people decisions, is hiring for a client service role focused on claims management in Oklahoma City. You’ll manage client accounts, support renewals, and partner with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate service.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in client service/claims, or a HS with 8+ years, plus a Producer's License and travel up to 25%. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry licensing.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned group of client accounts and deliver service that is timely, accurate, and personal.
• Partner with the Production team on renewals, help secure existing business, and look for ways to add coverage or services that match client needs.
• Build trust with client contacts and day to day users for clear updates and quick follow through.
• Work closely with internal teams to support renewals, retention, and growth.

How You'll Make An Impact

About You

Required

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience

• Producer's License.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred

• Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
• Solid financial acumen.
