Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, a part of Gallagher family, is seeking an experienced Client Service/Claims Management professional to join our Oklahoma City operations. You will manage client accounts, collaborate on renewals, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate service.

The role requires a bachelor''s degree with 3+ years of experience (or a high school diploma with 8+ years), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and appropriate licensing.

• Appropriate licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned group of client accounts and deliver timely, accurate service.
• Partner with Production on renewals and seek coverage or services matching client needs.
• Build trust with client contacts and day to day users so they can count on clear updates and quick follow through.
• Work closely with internal teams to support renewals, retention, and growth.

How you'll make an impact

• Manage an assigned group of client accounts and help deliver service that is timely, accurate, and personal.
• Partner with the Production team on renewals, help secure existing business, and look for ways to add coverage or services that match client needs.
• Build trust with client contacts and day to day users so they can count on clear updates and quick follow through.
• Work closely with internal teams to support renewals, retention, and growth.

About You

Required:

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience

-OR-

• High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Producer's License.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred:

• Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
• Solid financial acumen.
