Job summary

University Of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha seeks a Laboratory Technician to conduct mammalian cell culture experiments, including western blot analysis and RT-PCR, and to design and perform complex cellular and biochemical experiments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is required.
  • Laboratory experience is required.
  • Proficiency in basic math and chemistry is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint expected.
  • Knowledge of DNA analysis software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Conduct experiments with mammalian cell culture and including western blot analysis and RT- PCR . Design and perform complex cellular and biochemical experiments
