Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent directly related experience may replace a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop client engagement strategies and pursuit plans for NY water projects.
• Align firm-wide strategies with local business development activities.
• Oversee the financial performance of projects within a client portfolio.
• Lead client and project teams to meet client needs and project requirements.
• Develop and manage proposals and presentations.
• Implement Sales Delivery Process and use CDM Smith tools.
• Negotiate issues with clients and teaming partners.
• Develop technical approaches and strategies.
• Assist on projects and meet billable hour targets.
• Meet annual sales goals from existing and new clients.
• Manage BD budgets and costs.
• Coordinate with area leaders to meet objectives.
• Participate in training and obtain certifications within 6 months.
• Adhere to CDM Smith’s core values.
