Job summary

Guidepoint is seeking an Associate on the Client Service team in a hybrid role with three days in the office. You will recruit experts, perform targeted research, and screen for client-fit across multiple priorities. The position offers a path to leadership with strong performance expectations.

You’ll need a Bachelor's degree, 3.0+ GPA, internship experience, and fluency with AI-enabled tools. US work authorization is required. Compensation includes base salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 3.0 GPA
• Previous internship/volunteer/EC experience
• AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools for research
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network and engage them for client consultations
• Conduct targeted research across LinkedIn, press releases, company sites, case studies and public sources
• Lead cold outreach and vetting conversations to assess fit for client projects
• Define sourcing strategies per client request based on scope and urgency
• Manage multiple client requests with deadlines and high-quality execution
