Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a highly experienced Client Service Director to lead accounts and retention initiatives for major clients in the liability space. You will oversee complex programs, provide program management for jumbo clients, and guide local Client Services staff to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive renewal strategies, and ensure client satisfaction while supporting growth and innovation within a global risk and claims administration leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• CPCU, AIC and/or ARM or other related designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate and oversee complex client claims with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor local Client Services staff to ensure high performance and retention.
• Provide program management for jumbo clients with dedicated staff and multi-office support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to remove process barriers and improve service delivery.
