Client Service Coordinator

SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION

The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") manages the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary team, ensures effective communication with clients and associates, and coordinates care in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner. The role involves encouraging client retention and referrals.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  2. Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and managing client flow to ensure excellent care and team productivity.
  3. Maximize the number of pets seen by supporting a productive hospital environment, especially for wellness plan clients.
  4. Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service, including greeting clients and pets, ensuring comfort, and educating about pet health.
  5. Assist clients with documentation, entering pet information, and ensuring prompt service.
  6. Manage finances with accurate balances and proper procedures.
  7. Perform administrative functions as needed.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this role is $15.00 - $18.69 hourly. The specific rate depends on experience, skills, education, location, and applicable laws.
