SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") manages the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary team, ensures effective communication with clients and associates, and coordinates care in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner. The role involves encouraging client retention and referrals.
