Job responsibilities:

This role involves working in a call center environment, handling incoming calls from customers while providing high-quality service. The candidate will meet or exceed KPIs, mentor new hires during and after training, and assist supervisors as needed.

Key duties include:

  • Receiving and dispatching service requests professionally, gathering detailed information
  • Entering service requests accurately into our SEDU/Genesys system during calls
  • Leading among Service Coordinators and mentoring new hires
  • Participating in operational meetings to identify and suggest process improvements
  • Alerting management to potential issues from customer or field complaints and working to resolve them
  • Managing Elite line training, weekly reports, and daily updates as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • At least 2 years of SRC experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with SEDU/Oracle field cloud systems preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
