BluePearl Pet Hospital in Skokie, IL is looking for an experienced Part-Time Client Service Coordinator to join our team!

At BluePearl Pet Hospital, our Veterinary Receptionists are vital to the success of our hospital. You will be the first BluePearl Associate that clients see, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need. You must be able to function calmly and compassionately in emotionally challenging situations.

Pay Range CSCI-II:

$19.80 - $28.27/hour

This pay band depends on local veterinary licensing, experience, and progression through our competency assessment.

Schedule:

Full-Time

As a Veterinary Receptionist, your responsibilities include:

1. Greeting clients warmly and professionally each time they enter.
2. Maintaining a friendly demeanor with strong eye contact and approachable attitude.
3. Listening compassionately to clients.
4. Communicating clearly and calmly in person and on the phone.
5. Assessing clients and pets upon arrival, including emergency status.
6. Responding to non-patient calls and directing visitors appropriately.
7. Confirming appointments and providing preparation instructions.
8. Offering emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
9. Handling pet remains with care, accuracy, and compassion.
