Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. seeks a Client Service Associate to be the welcoming face for clients in our offices, providing essential support and ensuring excellent client experiences.

You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with prospective clients, and assist in preparing tax returns while distributing marketing materials and keeping clients engaged during wait times.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with clients and build relationships.
