Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. in Texas is seeking a Client Service Associate to be the friendly face for clients and provide essential support during the tax process.

You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with prospects, prepare tax returns, and help distribute marketing materials while learning how to answer tax questions and guide clients through the interview process.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
