Job summary

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a friendly Client Service Associate to greet clients, confirm appointments and support tax preparation training. You will engage with customers, distribute marketing materials, and help navigate the tax interview process in a fast-paced retail office environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with willingness to learn about taxes. No prior experience required; training and PTIN registration are provided.
