Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Client Service Associate to greet visitors and ensure excellent client experiences. You will engage with clients, help with appointment follow-ups, and assist in preparing tax returns while distributing marketing materials.

No prior tax experience required—training provided and opportunities for advancement exist. Join our team to learn about taxes and walk clients through tax interview steps, while building relationships and contributing to a welcoming office

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is welcome but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with clients and confirm appointments.
• Follow up with past and potential clients and assist with preparing tax returns.
