Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to be the friendly face for all visitors, delivering exceptional client experiences and providing essential support in our offices in New Mexico.

You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, and follow up with past and potential clients while assisting with tax return preparation and related tasks. The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and a welcoming attitude as you learn how to
