Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to be the friendly face for our offices. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, and help prepare tax returns while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role emphasizes learning tax concepts, walking clients through the interview process, and supporting marketing efforts. A welcoming team, flexible schedule, and opportunities to advance are highlighted in our benefits.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred, not required.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsabilidades
