About the Team/Role

The Client Services Analyst (CSA) works daily analyzing electronic client files to maintain the accuracy of all enrollments, terminations, and system data.

How you’ll make an impact

  1. Analyze electronic files – client imports, carrier exports, carrier discrepancy reports, payroll exports, and deduction files.
  2. Post and analyze imported and exported files.
  3. Follow processing procedures and schedules to complete daily tasks.
  4. Complete all processes (including audits & discrepancy reports) timely and resolve them in the project tracking tool.
  5. Respond to and complete call center escalations timely (urgent updates).
  6. Complete review of premium reconciliation for all applicable clients.
  7. Complete Dependent Age Outs and Evidence of Insurability Approvals if assigned to a client.
  8. Respond to project management tool on any open items.
  9. Regularly analyze internal system data and correct errors or discrepancies as found.
  10. Process payroll exports accurately and in a timely manner.
  11. Communicate directly with insurance carriers to make updates and keep eligibility in sync.
  12. Work daily on client service questions/issues and follow up with the correct answers to clients, participants, or the team.
  13. Troubleshoot errors on files as well as enroll and/or terminate participant eligibility at each carrier.
  14. Interface professionally with clients and carriers via phone and email.
  15. Document and update client processing procedures and documentation.
  16. Assist with annual enrollment testing as necessary.
  17. Review audit results and correct any identified accounts.
  18. Identify issues and communicate/escalate to the appropriate party.

Additional duties may arise when supporting administrative services, and the CSA is expected to perform these tasks as assigned.

Experience you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in Health and Wellness Benefit Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00, based on qualifications, skills, and proficiency. This includes potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision insurances, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
