Job description

Location:Lee Health Corporate Center -4211 Metro ParkwayFort Myers FL 33916 (Position primarily remote, but must reside locally as there are at times the need for in-person meetings.)

Department: Physician Compensation

Work Type: Full Time

Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$25.06 - $32.58 / hour

Summary

Responsible for meeting with new physicians and practice leadership to introduce physician compensation plans in detail, including establishing production expectations to transition from salary guarantees, if applicable. Majority of meetings will be remote using video conferencing software.

Provide training to access and understand compensation dashboards in ProCare compensation software.

Initial contact for all physician and practice leadership questions regarding compensation or RVU productivity.

Manage the access of new and existing users in the ProCare software. Variety of administrative responsibilities for the ongoing use of the ProCARE System, which includes monitoring calculations for compliance with compensation plans and agreements.

Manage all CSV files and SFTP uploads weekly. Serve as primary liaison between the LeeHealth Physician and administrative resources that are using ProCARE and the ProCARE Customer Success & Support Team.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare Administration, Billing, or Data management related field.

License: N/A

Other: Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to learn and utilize multiple software systems daily. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word. Displays a positive energetic attitude along with a willingness to learn and grow into the position.
