Qualifications

• Must hold or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license within the first 60 days.
• Insight into standard insurance concepts, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer retention by providing people-first service and maintaining B2B relationships.
• Reviews coverage, recommends changes in coverage and markets as needed on service contracts.
• Remarkets accounts as needed and secures quotes for new opportunities.
• Maintains orderly electronic files and information per agency standards.
• Verifies accuracy and coverage adequacy of policies; requests changes as needed.
• Keeps informed of industry and product information to improve knowledge base.
