Job summary

Vizance is seeking a Select Client Service Advisor to manage day-to-day client accounts for small to mid-sized clients, fostering ongoing relationships by supporting sales, policy changes and claims. The role emphasizes people-first service and B2B relationship maintenance, with opportunities to review and adjust coverage and markets as needed.

You will maintain electronic records, verify policy accuracy, and stay current on industry products and tools to continuously expand knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Current Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Familiarity with insurance industry concepts, practices and procedures

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer retention by providing people-first customer service and maintaining B2B relationships
• Reviews current coverage and recommends changes in coverage and markets as needed at each service contract
• Remarkets accounts as needed
• Secures quotes for new business opportunities
• Maintains orderly electronic files and information per agency standards
• Verifies accuracy and coverage adequacy of policies and requests changes to correct errors
• Keeps informed of industry and new product information to improve knowledge base
