Job summary

Vizance is seeking a Select Client Service Advisor for commercial lines in a fully remote Wisconsin role. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, assist with sales support, policy changes, and claims while ensuring accurate coverage and proactive account stewardship.

You will review policies, propose changes, and assist with remarketing and file maintenance, all within an independent agency setting that values client-focused service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in the first 60 days of employment)
• Well versed and has general knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the insurance industry

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer retention by providing people-first customer service and maintaining B2B relationships
• Reviews current coverage and recommends changes in coverage and markets as needed at each service contract
• Remarkets accounts as needed
• Maintains orderly electronic files and information in accordance with agency standards

• Keeps informed of industry and new product information, coverages and technology to continuously improve knowledge base

The Select Client Service Advisor role is responsible for day-to-day account management for small to mid-sized clients. This role works to develop ongoing relationships with clients by supporting and facilitating sales, policy changes and claims.
