Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is seeking a scheduling coordinator to support Home Care, Clinical Research, Impairments, and Catastrophic Care divisions. You will develop monthly caregiver schedules, resolve urgent staffing issues, manage client status lifecycle, and help credential clinical staff.

Core hours are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm with a rotating start schedule; overtime may be required. You will generate reports and maintain strong partnerships with hundreds of caregivers including PCAs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; staffing in facilities, agency, or in-home health a plus.
• Call center or high-touch customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid computer skills and proficiency with common office software.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Overtime may be required due to scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage all changes to monthly caregiver schedules for an assigned territory.
• Address urgent issues with caregiver schedules (backfill call-offs, accommodate client preferences).
• Collaborate with recruiting to monitor upcoming staffing needs in territory.
• Assist HR with maintaining credentials of clinical employees.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and build partnerships with hundreds of caregivers.
• Maintain communication with clinical field team and Regional Directors.
• Generate and distribute reports on territory trends and performance daily/weekly/monthly.
