Responsibilities

• Educate Clients about Beyond Finance's financial hardship program and options
• Empathize with clients and deescalate concerns over financial hardship
• Navigate CRM to access and record client information and program progress
• Assess client's financial situation to propose appropriate debt-free options
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions and retain them in the program
• Meet or exceed retention targets and participate in commission opportunities
• Provide best-in-class customer service over the phone and other channels
