Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara, California is seeking a Renewal Operations Specialist to join the Renewal team. You will focus on quoting accurately for new deals built from the installed base, aligning expiration dates, and streamlining the renewal process.

You will collaborate with Channel Partners, Account Managers, Sales and Finance to position subscriptions, improve renewal velocity, and ensure data integrity in Salesforce and internal tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales operations and/or contract administration.
• Solid Salesforce aptitude and experience handling high-volume renewal processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Inventory/installed base management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to assigned SSRs to enable seamless renewals execution.
• Enable pipeline readiness with Account Mapping and Territory Alignment.
• Triage inquiries from a high-volume renewal inbox to the appropriate owner.
• Operationalize the Renewal pipeline to optimize renewal rate, attach rate and term.
• Coordinate with Channel Partners and Account Managers to market subscription opportunities and resolve issues.
• Communicate company messages and value propositions clearly in writing and verbally.
• Review and validate renewals against installed base reports and other data sources.
• Research original transactions to inform renewal positioning for upcoming cycles.
• Confirm and quote all renewal opportunities for assigned territory.
• Develop and communicate process improvements to optimize programs and relationships.
• Track activity in Salesforce and other systems to move Renewal Opportunities.
