Job summary

ProHome is seeking a highly organized and service-driven Client Relationship Coordinator (CRC) to provide an excellent customer experience. You will serve as the primary contact for homeowners, builders, developers, and subcontractors, delivering a responsive, professional, and customer-focused experience.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in warranty administration, property management, service coordination, or related fields in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned homeowners, builders, developers, and subcontractors.
• Deliver a responsive, professional, and customer-focused experience.
• Handle customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage warranty claims from intake through closure.
• Facilitate communication between homeowners, builders, and trade partners.
