Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel and overnights

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and conducting transactions while uncovering client needs
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online, Mobile) to enhance service
• Support team sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client opportunities
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Attend training and meetings to advance product knowledge and service skills
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution while handling branch volume
