Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Client Relationship Officer to provide exceptional service and operational support for a portfolio of commercial clients. You will coordinate loan and deposit activities, maintain accurate client records, and assist relationship teams to ensure timely completion of documentation and funding.

The role emphasizes relationship management, cross-selling opportunities, and compliance with banking policies, with a base wage aligned to market norms for the US region.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities and credit underwriting skills.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment under occasional time constraints.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and clients.
• Ability to learn banking software and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Practice the bank's mission and values in daily work.
• Understand commercial loan products and services offered by the bank.
• Assist with annual Line of Credit renewals and relationship reviews.
• Open new accounts with complete, accurate documentation.
• Input loan information into lending systems and support loan processing.
• Coordinate third-party reports and due diligence for compliance.
• Provide loan support to relationship teams and process payments.
• Collaborate with operations teams to monitor lending and treasury services.
• Respond to client inquiries and identify cross-selling opportunities.
