Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Officer to deliver exceptional service and operational support to clients and associates. You will manage client requests, facilitate account operations, and ensure documentation accuracy to support growth initiatives.

The role emphasizes relationship management, cross-selling opportunities, and collaboration with Commercial Bankers and loan operations to maintain accurate records and smooth processing of loans, deposits, and related services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years banking experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and obtain complete, accurate documentation.
• Prepare line of credit renewals and relationship reviews.
• Input data into lending systems and support commercial loan processes.
• Coordinate loan closings with attorneys and service providers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and advise on banking products.
• Maintain client records and monitor ongoing account activity.
