Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a Client Relationship Officer to deliver exceptional service and operational support for a portfolio of clients.

You will manage client requests, coordinate account operations, and ensure accurate documentation and transactions while liaising between clients, associates, and internal partners. Focus is on relationship management, servicing client needs, and supporting growth initiatives across the commercial banking team.

Qualifications

• .Clear, concise, effective written and oral communication with management, bank employees and customers.
• Strong analytical abilities and credit underwriting skills.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment and under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Assists with opening new accounts and ensures complete, accurate documentation.
• Inputs information into lending system on behalf of Commercial Banker; collects due diligence.
• Reviews third-party reports (appraisals, environmental, inspections, lien waivers).
• Reviews documentation and disbursements to ensure proper fund disbursement.
• Coordinates annual relationship reviews and construction draw packages for accuracy.
• Supports commercial loan closing process with outside providers and attorneys.
