Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports the line of business by providing exceptional service and operational support to associates and clients.
• Manages client requests, facilitates account operations, and ensures documentation accuracy.
• Serves as liaison between clients, associates, and internal partners for a seamless client experience.
• Assists with opening new accounts and ensures complete, accurate documentation from clients.
• Inputs information into lending system and facilitates loan and credit requests with due diligence.
• Coordinates annual relationship reviews and assists with loan closings and related processes.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and supports growth initiatives.
