Job summary

WesBanco seeks a Client Relationship Officer to support Commercial Bankers by delivering exceptional service and ensuring accurate documentation. You will handle client requests, open new accounts, input data into lending systems, and coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely processing of credit and deposit activities.

This role emphasizes relationship management, due diligence, and cross-selling banking products.

Responsibilities

• Supports client requests and ensures accurate documentation.
• Assists with opening new accounts and collects complete documentation from clients.
• Inputs information into lending systems and facilitates loan draw submissions with due diligence checks.
• Coordinates and reviews third party reports (appraisals, environmental, inspections, etc.).
• Performs Know Your Customer (KYC) and compliance reviews for client files.
• Responds to client inquiries and cross-sells banking products aligned with client needs.
• Assists the Commercial Banker in loan closings and communicates with outside service providers.
