Job summary

Tickmill in the United States is seeking a Client Relationship professional to build and maintain relationships with retail and professional clients. You will be the primary contact for assigned portfolios, providing timely and professional support.

You will proactively engage clients to increase platform usage, trading activity, and satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service. Fluently bilingual Arabic and English preferred.

Qualifications

• College or university degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Client Relationship, Customer Support, or Sales role, preferably within a regulated financial services company.
• Experience in the Forex, CFD, or online trading industry will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and CRM systems.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client portfolios.
• Proactively engage clients to increase platform usage and trading activity.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through cross-selling.
• Conduct regular client reviews to understand trading needs.
• Monitor client activity and implement retention strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
• Inform clients about products, updates, and promotions.
• Gather feedback to improve products and services.
• Ensure all communications comply with regulations and internal policies.
